Cant connect. no icons

hey guys,

i just did the malware removal on my computer and when i got to the combofix.exe step i ran it and the computer rebooted, but when it came back on i couldn't connect to the internet. and i remember the post saying you might have to manually reconnect or whatever. i went to my network places and all of the icons are missing. no LAN icon. or the 1394 icon or anything completley blank.. idk what to do. im at a friends house tryng to figure this out.
