   When i try to connect to gmail i get Connection Refused When Connecting to Gmail, or a Page Cannot Be Displayed, Anyone know why?

   First thing to try if you are not gaining access to Gmail is to delete both your Cookies and Temporary Internet Files, close browser and try again.
   
   What OS, Browser are you using?
   
   also do you have a firewall and popup blocker... if so concider disabling them just to try see if they are blocking access to Gmail.
