I've been trying to google solutions to this, but nothings been working. My other computer and my laptop can connect to internet, but one of my computers can't. I've tried "ipconfig/renew" but all that came up was

"An error occurred while renewing interface Local Area Connection : unable to contact your DHCP server. "

I've also included my ipconfig output below

Does anyone have any ideas of suggestions as to how I can fix this? Sorry, I'm not very tech savvy, please go easy on me!!

    Thank you in advance!

Did it used to work and suddenly stop? Any recent computer or network changes?

If me, I would shutdown this computer and unplug power from the wall. Then find a different Ethernet cable and replace the one you are using, changing ports on the router at the same time.

Ethernet cables are not very robust and cannot take too many yanks or trip-overs before being damaged. And router ports do go bad.

This delay (without power) will ensure any residual "holding" voltages have been bled off. Then connect power and boot up and see what happens.
