I have an HP laptop, using XP
I can connect to the internet wirelessly at other
locations(IE: library, friends house) but I can not
connect to my own wireless internet. The other
two PC's we have can connect with no problem.

The little icon says connected with MBPS speed of 54.0,
signal very good but I can't open any webpages

Can someone assist me with this please?

    My wireless is security enabled
How would I know if the properties are correct
for my connection? I know how to get to the
connection option but I don't know exactly
what they should say. It does say that I am
    connected(occasionally).
I'll also checked my firewall settings. The windows
firewall which came with the laptop is disabled.
The only firewall I use is the one that comes
with the Verizon Fios package, which is built into
    the router I believe.
