Can't connect to the Internet

Will need more info on what your trying to achieve, as your question is a little broad to accuratly reply to with a definative answer...

What windows version you using?

What is your PC make and model?

How are you connecting to the internet? ( noted that you must be on another PC to have typed this ) in meaning do you have a modem or router, what type of connection has your ISP given you, Dial-up or Broadband, if broadband then what modem do you have a USB or Ethernet one?

If you have setup the equipment as the ISP wanted and do get the generally on the modems all green lights to a connection made then if its a browser issue then you will need to post what errors your seeing as to why its not connecting to open a page.
