Can't Connect To Website

I have a problem connecting to http://www.motorsportshalloffame.com/ with Firefox
I checked the URL with:
"Is It Down Right Now"
https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/motorsportshalloffame.com.html
"Down For Everyone Or Just Me"
https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/www.motorsportshalloffame.com
And it's up.

I have:
Disabled HTTPS Everywhere.
Closed the browser.
Cleared the cache.
Restarted the browser.
Tried to ping the website - Unable to resolve the host name
Tried Trace Route - Unable to resolve the host name

 

Got it with my wireless and opera quick.

 

I just tried Pale Moon with only the default add-ons and still no connection.

 

Presumably you can access other sites (as you are posting on this forum) and can also ping them.

I have no problem whatsoever accessing the site that you are having issues with using SeaMonkey Portable v2.46

 

I can access all sites - just not this one.

 

FW issue perhaps? Have you tried disabling it just to confirm

Also have you tried accessing via a proxy or VPN in the extremely unlikely event that that particular site has issues with your IP address

 

I checked the Windows Firewall settings and rules. And then I turned it off.
No luck.

I tried a free web proxy from HideMyAss and I'm connected.

Note:
Selecting UK (London) or Germany (Frankfurt) I get a black screen with NOPE in bold white letters.
So... Users from the UK, Germany & South Africa are blocked.
International Motorsports Hall of Fame is blocking international visitors.

Strange tho' as I have just accessed that site by selecting a U.K IP address in my VPN and it worked just fine.....

 

Looking at the list of inductees it's obvious the majority of inductees were associated with NASCAR. Why when there is a NASCAR Hall of Fame?
And all the F1 inductees records pale in comparison to that of Michael Schumacher, who hasn't been inducted.
They probably don't want to deal with non-stop email queries...
