Can't control fan speed

    Hi!
    I've just discovered that I can't control my fan speeds! Not the molex fans, but the CPU and those fans which connect to the MOBO. It never bothered me before, but now I wanna do some OCing and I really need that control over my fans speeds. Now, in the BIOS I see the speed @ 2500RPM, and it's the same @ the MOBO utility. When i raise the fan speed using the utility - nothing happens.

    I have an old Gigabyte 865 P4 MOBO (GA-8IPE1000-G).
