can't delete 2 leftover McAfee .dlls

I uninstalled McAfee over a month ago. I have gone in with a couple reg cleaners and found odd "pieces" of McAfee here and there and have cleaned out those too.

HOWEVER, under C:\Program Files\McAfee.com\vso there still exists two little buggers I can't delete

shlres.dll version 8.0.0.12
mcvsshl.dll version 8.0.0.15

They're both McAfee viruscan shell extensions and when I right click on them and select Delete, it says "Cannot delete -- make sure disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use."

Please advise what I should or should not do, oh wise ones.

 

sorry -- running windows XP home, SP1, Dell, um...can't think how anything else would pertain to this situation so...

Okay - I guess that's what I was wondering about. I probably will then because...

...I think I tried dellater and it didn't get rid of them (I'll try again in case memory serves me wrong, or I used dellater wrong --- but I've used it before and I think I DO ACTUALLY know how to handle that program).
