Cant delete because "FILE IS IN USE"

hey guys/gals(if there are any)
i recently noticed a strange 300MB file in my Video folder (yes you could also call it the "Porn" folder, so sue me) called 'Paris Hiltons 2nd Sex Tape". Ive been trying to delete it for some time now (through DOS, Safe Mode) and Ive tried changing the properties (right click in WinExplorer) but no matter what, i will get the "FILE IS IN USE"/"Close all applications which might be running the file.....BS"

i want this file gone, because A) its 300 F'ing Megs and B) its got to be somewhat malicious if i cant delete it under any circumstances (that i know of)

any help would be killer
and even if you dont help thats cool too, just not as cool.

Try this app out its freeware and found at the bottom of the page link below

Copies, moves or deletes files and folders on the next system boot. The utility is very useful when the user needs to replace or delete files which are locked by other applications, loaded into the memory or just cannot be changed until next system boot.

Can you boot up into DOS mode at startup?

From C:\ prompt. Type in attrib -r -a -s -h <C:\pathname\filename> and press enter.

Where pathname is the path to your video file and filename is the name of the video file.

This should remove all the attributes from the file and allow you to delete it through DOS. Don't go into Windows to delete it. Best of luck. Bazza
