Can't delete file.. even in safemode

    There is a file on ym comp that when I try to delete it it says "cannot delete, file is in use my a program". I tried rebooting and safe mode, and I still get the error message and the file will not delete. Can anybody point me to a program that can remove this file? Thanks.

    the CopyLock program worked.. it deleted that bugger with no problems! Thank you for pointing out that program.
