Cant disable internet.....

ok i got a new graphics installed it and set everything up and you know what i have had nothing but problems with it since i got it....seriously now i don't know what happened but i get this weird little message when i try to disable my internet

It is not possible to disable the connection at this time. This connection may be using one or more protocols that do not support Plug-and-Play, or it may have been initiated by another user or the system account.

Needless to say this is really making me upset...and websites aren't loading correctly and my internet is getting all messed up....please how do i fix this.....

 

To make sure I understand this correctly.

You installed a new video card and now you cannot dissconnect from the internet?
