Can't DL From MagorGeeks

Win7-64pro - Strange, ever since I donated to MG I can't DL from you anymore, haha (Firefox 24.0 final). Get the MG "Cookie" error message. Already tried adjusting cookie settings, removing all FF addons, uninstal FF and install FF v21.0 final, Only happens on MG, I can DL from FileHippo np.
Recently experienced slow connection speeds but fast DLing and swapped out router but only Temporeary fix/slow again. Disabled Windows Firewall and Boom, everything blindingly fast again except still can't DL from MG.
Running MAMBpro, SpywareBlaster and scans show nothing. Read your FAQ, used search for "can't download".
What am I missing?

Well little tip when you uninstall firefox you have to completely remove it.Not just threw the uninstall program.You have to delete all remaining folders which are in your %appdata% and your C: location or 86x most likely both.

Uninstall does not completely remove all items some times it is one of the many bugs microsoft has never fixed.

I have only seen this kinda issue if they are upgrading or defraging system or doing clean ups.

But it might be on your end.Have you tried with IE at all.

Downloading firefox older versions are safe from filehippo i use it often.

Gonna recheck router settings. Read somewhere else (M$ Update not working) that activeX setting in router could be the culprit. DLed Tweaking.com Windows Repair and Windows Firewal Repair (From somewhere else) but still no luck.

 

Got it. Just had to Reset the Router. For those that forgot (like me) the Router has to have Power to use the Reset button on the back. Then log into the router and change the default password. MG DLs work and so does M$ Update.
