Can't donwload anything from windows website!!!!

Hi, I formatted my computer, then i update mi IE to IE7, later i download firefox and when i tried to download windows live messenger, the website didn't let me to download it, same thing with Net framework and the windows media player 11, also my antivirus can't update (Kaspersky Internet Security 8.0.0.454)

I believe the reason for this is because windows is not legit not registerd so microsoft will not let you update try downloading genuine advantage from microsoft.

Thanks for your help but i have my windows registered. but when i try to download Windows Media Player 11 it's says that i have to validate my windows and i use the second method because the first (ActiveX) didn't appear, well i click the second method and then nothing it says: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage", then i click to diagnose connection problem and nothing. Help please.
