Can't download a specific file

I'm trying to download the DCX Map Pack #2. I've tried DCX Files, File Planet, File Shack, using Leechget, and they all do the same thing. The file will download, but acts like it quits at 99.9% completed or its not transfering from the cache. When I look at the file, it is 1k, instead of 115mb. I've emptied the cache, temp. internet files, ran ad-aware and spybot s&d and it still won't work. Whats weird is I can download other files without any problems. I've also posted this in the DCX forums, but they don't seem to know or care.

This is on Windows 2000.

 

Try it without Leechget. Some download sites flat won't work with download accelerators.

Try cleaning out browser cache and temp files. Maybe it's tripping over an older partial download?

 

tried that as well, b/c i figured it would download the file, and pull the 1k file from the cache. i have myie2 and I went to tools, clean system, clear all, and did it twice. i'm not at that computer now, but i'll try to do it manually on monday.

ok i was able to dl the file... no problems from them...try them if you want if u still cant i can send it to you if u like ....ill keep the file for a couple of days.....
