Can't download anything

    I can't download anything from anywhere because the Run and Save window dosn't pop up, and also my menu bar is missing, i can't right click in internet explorer, i can't use internet options (a window just pops up and disappears in probably .5 seconds) and when i open up internet explorer it dosn't show the name of the website that i'm on at the top of the browser, im extremely frustrated and have no clue on what to do so if anyone can help, thanks

    Hi

    What Windows version and what browser and version are you using?

    If you use CCleaner and its cleaner oprion and then try again is it still the same?

    Have you tried with a different browser, say Firefox? to test as its not a full fix just a work around until other avenues are found to fix your main browser.


    If it is I would be tempted to run the Malware Read Me guide here and start a new thread in malware forum and attach the requested logs to check for malware.

    Im using IE8 on windows XP service pack 2 and im unable to download firefox as i said the Run and save window dosn't pop up when i click download nothing happens at all
