Cant download panda

Hi,
Iv just bought a 12 month subscription to panda platinum AV.When i follow the link on the e-mail they sent me i get to the download bit for the panda2005..exe file,click it and nothing happens.The little box fills up with green squares and then those 2 little computer icons in the tray thing go dead as in nothing is happening.
Even weirder the panda platinum AV im running now ran out 12/12/04 but is still updating itself automatically.
Iv e-mailed panda but no response so far.
Pls help,paid money for this program and cant use it.Start date should have bee 12/12/04.
Panda told me in the e-mail to use the same password and username i use now which i have done.Iv downloaded other stuff just fine from other sites .Just cant get this one to work.
I figure im still protected as the panda keeps updating but the new one has more stuff on apparently and i want it.
Any help greatly appreciated.
