   starting today out of the blue my pc will not let me download anthing from the net. i keep getting a security warning followed by a authenticity signature warning if i try to go ahead and try and download anyway i get explorer message not responding and then it shuts down. is there something in my internet settings that have changed?

   Right click internet explorer icon ....properties / internet tools / security tab ..custome settings / scroll down to the download section ...make sure they are enabled.
