Cant find cpu cooler for lga 771

Hi i have a hp xw6600 and its a dual xeon pc


Ive been seeing heavy duty cpu coolers and i want to buy two of them for my cpu as the stock ones are simple and get pretty hot.however it dosent effect the performance of pc. Reason why ive turned to these is because im told theres no water cooling for my socket.id be greatful if someone can advice me which direction to take and if there is a way around it.
