cant find emerson mp3 player 3.50.00 firmware

title says it all my player is one the fritz and i think the firm ware is going but i cant find the firmware to try and repair or completly change the firmware to slightly newer version of it

 

what is the model number of your mp3 player?

 

idk i cant find it on the player and i dont have box for it anymore

 

I don't know how to find firmware for a device with no model number or serial number

 

The contraption must have a homepage somewhere? Perhaps there's some FAQs or tips there?

 

the firmware should be for the 3.50.00 model i think is what i said in first post

homepage had nothing that was my first thought

i had already been there to like i said im about 95% sure its the firmware itself thats goin but i cant find any to fix it
