Can't Find network cable

When I sat down at my computer this morning I saw the message "Can't find network cable" I have tryed everything I can think of to make it work again but it wont. Since my motherboard Asus M2N68 is working just fine accept for the network problem. The lights next to the network port aint lighting up either.

Have tryed:
Different network cable
Restarting computer
In/re active the local network same in BIOS
Re installed all drivers as well.

Anyone of you guys who have an idee what the problem is or what I can do to fix this.
