Can't find whats wrong with my PC

Hi,

Athlon 1500+
384 DDR
Gigabyte Ka7VXE ( i thing, i can't see now )
HDD 80GB Wester Digital
Gigabyte K7VX motherboard
and Radeon 9000 Pro

My problem with the pc starts 2 days ago, when the pc start give,ng some blue screens with error of:
Stop: 0X0000000 (0XFBE99D90, 0X00000002, 0X00000000, 0X804DBE8B)
or somthing. there wsa no time for nothin, after start of windows i have been given a blue screen with simular messege. And after some time the after restart, the monitor have no picture, only black screen. After power Off and some time i Power on and the PC star working, going in windows, bamm again blue screen. And after some time the computer has stay with black screen. Now whatever i do the computer work, don't give any beeps, but the monitor has no picture. I have change the monitor, the monitor is fine, change the Display card, change hdd, change, Power Supply, memory, but nothing fix the porblem. The only parts thet i can't chage, are the motherboard and the processor. But i dont see any chance of processor failure. The pc work and star everything normal exepte for the black screen . If anybody have simular problem or any solution pls Help.

for starters , i would reinstall windows.

the computer may have a little known virus called 'kit tools'.
it works in the background, and crashes a system after restarts.

i've had 2 in the shop this year that way.

there is no known anti-dote for that virus, and sometimes a reinstall does no good.
in one computer, the harddrive clusters were destroyed. replaced the harddrive, bingo, alls well

 

If i had chance to go in windows.... I don't have anyhing on my monitor.. like i say it stay black ALL the time. I here everything lorking and the hdd star working but i see only black monitor.... The begginig was with blue screen, now i don't have picture... I'm trying to find motherboard to see if she is the problem.. if i check thet i don't now what else will be the problem...

What about beep codes? Does the system produce the regular single beep when you power it on, or is there an irregular beeping, or no beeping at all?

 

Thats the problem. There are no beeps.. I think its the motherboard. I will see these week...
