Can't find WINK

Thank you guys for your help but I have looked and searched through the registry and can't find anything to do with WINK. I googled klez and found an article followed it's steps and there was no WINK where it said was the 1st place to start in order to clean it up. When I was going through the registry last night I found ezula, kazza and various other's like that and I deleted all of them in hopes that the winlogon would actually log on but it still hasn't. Do you know how I can run spybot or ad-aware or cwshredder from the command or cmd prompt? In hopes of locating something that is lurking around that I cannot. I also looked at the processes running on the task manager and there were no processes running that had WINK in them. There were 16 processes and only one running was winlogon at 99%. It's like it's stuck. I've spent over 6 hours on the phone with microsoft support to find out since I can not get to the desktop they cannot help me. They said I need a higher support and will have to wait until they can call me and they have no idea when it will be. Guess if you guys can't think of anything else for me to try I will have to break down and take it to someone. : ( If you think of anything that I have not done please let me know. Try taking a look from ms services. run>type services.msc in the "run" blank. It lists a lot more processes than task manager or msconfig.
