cant format windows 7 - error message

im trying to format windows 7.

i insert the disk and restart the computer

after i click install now it gives me an error message, driver are missing.... how do resolve this problem?

from left column choose
Summary ( wait 30 seconds until report generated )

from bar menu select :

File
Save as Text file
choose desktop as saving location
