Can't Get Facial Recogition Camera To Come On During Reboot

Helping my colleague with ServicePro4 running Windows 10 and a facial recognition lock on reboot. She had a Malware attack this morning that locked up Microsoft Edge. We've been working with assistance from the MalWare Removal thread, but encountered a new problem. After running Malwarbytes, per instructions, we were scanning with Roguekiller and the system froze. We were unable to do anything, so we rebooted. But now the camera for the facial recognition won't come on during the reboot, so we're stuck. TimW advised us to post here.
