When the computer starts up it says to hit enter for setup, but it just keeps booting into windows. Is there another way for me to reach my bios? The computer is IBM.

Are you sure it's the enter key you have to hit? IBM machines more commonly require the F1 key to be struck to enter BIOS.

I tried f1 and still doesn't work. I've even tried f2 and f3, but its says " To interupt normal startup, press enter". But none of the keys gets me into my bios. Could this be a virus maybe?

    IBM:

Older Models - In order to get into the configuration of the IBM setup screen (CMOS) screen you need to hold down both mouse buttons during bootup.
    Aptiva - Press F1
    IBM PS/2: (Ctrl)(Alt)(Ins) after (Ctrl)(Alt)(Del)
IBM PS/2 with reference partition: - Press Ins during boot
    Some PS/2s, such as 75 and 90: - Ctrl Alt ?
Some PS/2s when pointer at top right of screen: - Ctrl + Ins

Tried every single method, and none of them work.

Do you get a splash screen at bootup? If you do, hit the esc key to display boot info and note which key needs to be struck to enter BIOS. If the bootup goes too fast for you, hit the pause button.

I have an IBM P-3 and can get into setup by hitting the del key. :)

holding keys down sometimes makes BIOS error and gives you a way in. The other possibilty is fast BIOS is enabled so you don't get that option. Tried pulling the battery & any jumpers for clearing the BIOS? Then it may (mine does) prompt you because it has detected changes & give you the option of going into BIOS.
