Can't get on my Windows Admin Account

    When I try and open it, it loads the desktop wallpaper, and then just stops. The desktop shortcuts and the startbar do not show up. Running it in safemode does even less, and the wallpaper won't show up either. I try opening system restore on another account, but it says I don't have administrative priviledges. Please help!

    Does control+alt+delete open up the task manager?

    If yes, does anything happen when you go to File->New task (run) and type "explorer.exe" (no quotes?)
