Can't get rid of EliteToolbar & IBIS Toolbar

    Have been working on this for 1-1/2 days -- any help would be great.
    I've done all steps in the 'Read me 1st before asking for support' article. PC is XP, sp2, all critical updates applied, system restore off, google toolbar installed, no MS Java. I still can't get rid of the EliteToolbar and IBIS toolbar (shows up in HiJack This and Ad-Aware logs).
