    I tried copying my "fonts" folder to see if I could get all my downloaded fonts to another one of my computers.
    It worked/copied fine.
    However, now windowsXp keeps telling me I have files ready to be copied to the CD. No matter what I try, I cannot delete the fonts folder from the queue. How do I get rid of this ready to be copied message?
    The queue tells me the files are read only. I go to properties and change it, but it has no effect. If I can't delete this, I won't be able to copy new files to CD because it will always want to copy this folder to the CD.

    if you have a CDRW then you have two options copy the data to the CDRW then erase it.. that will empty XPs copy cache.

    or

    double click your burner Icon in My Computer it will then open a window with the file awaiting burning > on the left hand side there is an option to delete the files that are waiting to be burnt ( Delete Temporary Files )

    There is a third option, too.

    C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning

    Clear out the cd burning folder.

    username= your user account name.
