Can't Get Rid Of That Panda!

Okay, so, I recently installed Panda Platinum 2005 on my computer and for certain reasons, I wanted to un-install it.. Should be simple right? Well, I go to uninstall it (Tried uninstalling it through the control panel and through the Panda folder on the 'Start' menu), the normal 'setup' (whatever it is called) wizard comes up, I go through that quick process and I expect the prompt to 'Restart your Computer Now/Later' to come up and it never does. So I restart my computer anyway, Panda is still there. No errors or anything, it just won't go away! Really could use some help!!

and follow the attached microsoft word doc to unistall Panda.
