Can't get sound

    I haven't been able to get sound on my computer since I built it.
    I have an nvidia nForce 650i motherboard, with no additional sound card. When I tried to install the Realtek drivers, the installation failed. I contacted the board's manufacturer, and they only suggest returning it. I'd like to avoid the hassle if I can, though.

    Obviously I need the drivers installed, but if it were that simple, I'd have sound by now.
