cant get updates for Hijackthis reader? hlp plz

    thanks for answering so quick. i have run through your checklist. still have problem. crashes. have file names that RemovalT PROv4 said are infected but cant get rid of. does that help

    It might do, you can show me exaxtly which, however, if you have been through my checklist you should be attaching logs for me to review ;)

    • SUPERantispyware
    • malware Bytes
    • Rootrepeal (unless on 64bit)
    • Combofix
    • MGTools

    could someone look at this and tell me what to do....

    i have done the whole "read me first instructions" still computer crashes. i have tried almost everything. removeIT pro v4 found this next log. no other software even detected this . plz hlp me

    cant get other logs to copy and paste hope this helps i have to go to work for couple hours thank you very much. could you explain to me about the removait pro log report are they false positives or did no other programs catch these txz again

    finally got it to load thats all i can find. now this is my SECOND reply but the first one from today hasnt shown up in the thread yet hope u get it i dont have those logs anymore
