Can't install Omnipage Pro 15 on XP

Hi

I'm trying to install Omnipage 15 on my pc but I'm getting a message telling me that the wizard was interrupted and the programme has not installed.

From my research so far this happens when a previous version of the software (OP 11) hasn't uninstalled properly even though it appears to have. I used a removal tool from the manufacturers website that is supposed to get rid of the software completely but this doesn't appear to be working either (and I'm still getting the message).

Has anyone encountered this problem? And can you suggest a way to fix it? I would post on the Omnipage forum but the web page isn't displaying!
