Can't install printer

I'm missing the brosnmp.dll. How can I remedy this.? I've googled it to no avail.

Search for (and download) the driver to your printers model

 

I have the installation disk and had it installed and working. I noticed that it wasn't working after doing the malware removal procedures. How does a dll on an installation disk disappear? It's a Brothers HL 2240 BTW. I'll try the driver download but have already tried slim drivers and it says everything is OK.

 

If you can see the device in the Device Manager you may try uninstalling completely and when prompted delete all drivers for the device. Then reinstall from the disk that came with the printer.

 

I went into safe mode before I read your post and kind of did that. I had to disable my spyware and give the OK to my antivirus or I disabled it as well. Anyway, I got it installed and it prints everything, which it wasn't doing before it crapped out completely. Thanks for the advice anyway.
