Can't load FireFox.

    Today I tried to load FireFox to check my e-mail. I can't progress past accepting the FireFox EULA. I accept it, press OK multiple times and nothing happens. See thumbnail. Do I have to re-install FireFox?

    I wish my email link accepted Opera and I would give FF the flick. Bazza

    Thanks Mark. I just now went to my FireFox Folder and clicked on firefox.exe (no shortcut) with the same result. EULA pops up and I cannot progress pass that point. I think I will un-install, run Registry Cleaners and re-install. Thanks for your help and suggestions.

    Mark, I just now downloaded FF from the www.majorgeeks.com link and installed it as a Custom upgrade into my C:\keepers\Firefox folder. I did not uninstall, then reinstall. All is OK again and I can access my email.

    I used my existing shortcut to access FF. :)

    Don't know why but it works again. :-D Bazza
