Can't open attachement with outlook express!!!

I just receive a e-mail from a friends of mine it's a .doc files and i cannot open it i see the attachement but it's all grey and the size 21k...

I click on it but nothing happen.....

 

Try to "forward" the message, and in e-mail editor try to open the attached file

 

Turn off the Option to Use the Unsafe File List

To turn off the Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus option:

1. Start Outlook Express.​

2. On the Tools menu, click Options.​

3. Click the Security tab, click to clear the Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus check box under Virus Protection, and then click OK.​
