   Hello,
   
   I can't open my drives, specifically the C: drive, everytime I try to open it by double clicking on it or right click-explore, I get the "open as" window. Also, for the DVD-R drive, it has disappeared from the right click menu of my files.
   
   Can you help me please?. I'm also attaching the HJT log.
