Can't open my hard disk from my OS(windows)

Hello, i need some help here... i'm not sure if this is the right forum...
I had a key holder or trojan coz got hacked playing wow then the wow support told me that is maybe a trojan or a keyholder so i started to scan my pc for something like that, then started with AVG(worst av) and read the forums when i found a couple of trojan that only AVG detects(who knows why...) and it deleted it.
Every time avg heal my files my windows just ****** up... anyway, i found in this site about this virus and some ways to delete it but AVG already did but still i went to bitdefender and panda web based to check it.
Panda was the last one.
I don't have the results of AVG im so sorry.
Once i finished with AVG and it deleted the trojans, i couldn't open my other hard disk like they normaly do when you click them and now i get a window asking me for what program to use to open it, only C: that is the unit where my windows is installed, can be opened like they use to do, but the other partition(same disk) don't, and the other disk the same.
I reinstalled windows already after i found that problems after AVG "fixed" my pc and still can't open my other hard disk unit like normal.
Please help me with this guys.


When i reinstalled windows the other disk wasn't conected, i did it after i instaled windows(all disks are internals)

 

you reinstalled windows? as in you reformatted and started from scratch on a dif. hd?

 

I have a disk with two partitions
C: <-- for os and D: for data (same disk)
and another disk with only one partition G:

I deleted the partition, then formated and then installed windows in C:
To see what's in D: i need to type in the explorer "D:" then i can see what's in the other partition

Same for the other disk, G:
Can´t open G: or C: with the explorer, only if i type D: or G:

 

havent started on a diferent disk coz G: its too heavy(200G) and is full
