    I go to My Documents click my music and every time I do, it gives me the same "Encountered a problem" message. Ran Spybot, McAfee and did a sys restore, for the hell of it. As it's name would imply, all my music is in that file, so not being able to access that file sucks hard. All help is appreciated.

    copy the my music file and paste it on the desk top and try it... or burn the file onto a cd and see if it works

    Whoa, hey. DrWatson PostMortem Debugger just faulted. Same message.

    And yeah, that's the thing. I can't get into my music or I would just move all the contents elsewhere. But hten again, I run off iTunes. Which would be a pain in the *** to have it find all the relocated files. But yeah, that was one of the first things I considered.

    From your error message the problem is with lgvid.ax

    You can unregister it by doing :

    Windows -> Start -> Run -> regsvr32.exe /u lgvid.ax

    Next do a search and make sure you put a check in the hidden files box, once you find the associated program uninstall it
