cant open proper

    when the links are posted in any forum in a message i cant click on them to open
    or like in this message i click on the icons more tab nothing works
    any ideas

    1. What version of windows?
    2. What browser are you using and what version?

    I'll probably have a few more questions after you answer those two.

    By the way, this seems like it is a software rather than a hardware problem.
    Maybe a moderator or administrator can move this thread to software.

    There is windows XP, or Vista the two newest.
    There is a new beta version of windows called windows 7 but it would not come installed on your computer.

    hotmail is not a browser.

    Please find out exactly what flavor of windows you are using by right-clicking on My Computer then selecting Properties. In the box that comes up, what does it say under System?

    When you launch a browser to surf, what does the titlebar at the top say?

    Hi,

    There is a Moricon.dll in the Windows\system32 folder. Could there be confustion here. It can be used from right click any shortcut, properties,change icon, browse and will let you assign a new icon to any shortcut.
