cant open .wps attachment

    Hi,
    I have received an email with attachment which I can't open. I am using Outlook Express and XP Pro. When I try to open the attachment I get the following message: This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel.

    When I go to the folder options and look at all the files listed .wps is not there. When I tried to list it as a new extension it made no difference.

    any help appreciated

    The extension .wps is associated with Microsoft Works. If you have Microsoft Word, download a Works to Word converter.
