cant play this online game

My girlfriend has bought a new laptop.She likes playing games but her favorite one for some reason wont start and other games on the site will.

The game is Straight Pool and the site is Candystand.
you have to enter your initials and drop the coin to enter any open game
your initials are supposed to reappear in the box next to Player 2,here the game will not start for us,it begins to load and goes backwards


We have downloaded the latest version of Sun Java and Adobe Flash Player.

I contacted the site admin like 4 times and they only answered back once telling me to clear the cache which I did and that didnt help.

We disabled the firewall completely and that didnt help
We turned off the pop up blocker no help.
theres 2 toolbars Im thinking of uninstalling them maybe they conflict
any help appreciated
