   For some reason whenever I try to start back up after stand by, my CU can't recover fully. I will move the mouse and the green light turns on and the CU starts up, but the monitor stays off (that little monitor status box keeps moving down the screen) and I cannot get it to recover fully.
   
   It used to work until somehow now it just doesn't wanna wake up.
   
   Is there a setting that somehow changed?

   Right click an empty spot on the desktop and select properties.
   In the box, click on the screen saver tab then the Power button.
   What does it say under "turn off monitor"? It sounds like the monitor is turning off rather than hibernating.
