Can't remove CoolWebSearch virus

I've found CoolWebSearch by using Ad-Aware and it tells me that the virus is located in my WINDOWS\System32 folder under the name eooeub.dll. I can go to the folder but can't find the file.

I located it under Windows "Search" but couldn't delete it. I scanned the file with Norton Anti-Virus but it was unable to recognize the threat.

I've run the Ad-Aware VX2 cleaner and it states that my system is clean. I've run Spybot and it cannot find anything at all.

I've also run CWShredder v2.12 which cannot detect the virus and SmartKill which says my system is clean. However, if I run Ad-Aware every time I reboot, it finds the virus.

    What else can I do?
