Can't remove Panda

My computer says there is a bad file and it wont let me remove Panda, either thru the control panel or its own uninstall. Suggestions?

Thanks for the help. I read that thread and tried the suggestion but even in safe mode, it won't let me uninstall. Still need help.

Try Windows Installer Cleaner not sure it will help but may be a solution if all else above fails.
