   I have a file on my desktop I cant remove. If I right click on it I get a message saying : windows explorer has stopped working.
   
   I have tried a couple of programs like move on boot but they say :
   
   operation failed - Access denied
   
   or
   
   Cant move file as it does not exist.

   What is the exact file name? Give me the full file path too. I can give you a script to get rid of it perhaps. You may have to work your way through our malware removal procedures though, we will see.
