cant restore me

hi thear
had the trogon horse on my box,
had to send it out to get fixed.
got it back all was well .
now went to install a new printer.
box is all f__ked up.
went to system restore but wont.
tells me it cant.
what up
any help please.

ok i need to slow down

i am running me
was trying to install minolta magiccolor 2300 w .
then something about explorer 6 french.
then syst locked up .
just want to turn back time, but it wont let me.
now all the software i had instaled befor is not showing up
then later on i can not go on line.
its like its back.
