can't run hijack this

Hi,

Can someone tell me what I can do about this problem? When I run hijack this, it freezes. It has a bar on top that's blue that I haven't seen before, I don't think, and that says "015 trusted zone enumeration….". The bar increases from the left and goes most of the way across and then hijack freezes, not responding. I've tried running it with nothing else open, like IE, downloading it from a different location, running it in safe mode, nothing seems to work. What can I do?
