Can't run Spybot S&D

    Downloaded it twice, failed twice. Error message says a file WS2_32.DLL can't be found.
    Also, downloaded Irfanview which failed to install because MFC42.DLL not found.
    Wazzup?
    Recently reformatted and reinstalled Win95 and IE5.5
