Can't scan in color?????

My HP ScanJet 4100C scans in color, however, MS Document Imaging says, "This Preset requires a feature not currently supported by the selected scanner: color" How do I fix this? I googled it, but found nothing.

I am using MS office document imaging, and does have any settings, but if I choose camera wizard, I can do color and save to TIFF. But I can only do one document. I do have two "document imagiing" on the list, maybe it's for color.
