Can't see one user on the network

I have four computers. One of the computers appears within the workgroup, but is inaccessible when clicked on. It does have folders shared, and as far as I can tell, is set up like the other four. When using the "inaccessible" computer, I CAN get to the other computers shared folders. It's like it has outgoing connections, but not incoming. If I turn the firewall off, it's still the same.

All four use Windows XP. Peer to peer network, no server. All are up to date on Anti-virus, etc.

Any suggestions? THANKS!

P.S. If reading my other post too, this is not the same computer.

 

Please do an "ipconfig /all" for all machines and post here.

START | RUN | CMD | OK

In the command window type IPCONFIG /ALL

Im sure jconstan will be more help but it it possible that 'file/print sharing' is turned off on the one computer you can't access.

Yes!
I uninstalled the firewall and I can see it just fine now. I'm guessing that maybe the user chose to block something or an automatic firewall rule happened that messed stuff up.
If it acts up again when I reinstall it, I'll be back here whining and begging for your help again.
